Bahia Mar on Fort Lauderdale Beach has got a brand new look! After a $15 million dollar renovations since opening more than 50 years ago, this iconic waterfront resort is opening a brand new rooftop pool and bar. This new locals spot has been revamped with new decor, flooring, and menus at its restaurants.
“My overall inspiration for the new culinary program is the location of the property,” says new executive Chef Eduardo Ruberte, who hails from elite East Coast hotels, including the Four Seasons in Miami and Palm Beach. “The dishes are a result of coupling native regional foods such as lobster, conch, grouper, snapper, Key limes, mangos, shrimp and plantains and using new and classic cooking methods. Our dishes are simplistic but decadent with gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options.”
It’s clear the new Bahia Mar is about elevating the guest experience. There will be live music Thursday through Sunday with up-to-date programming that includes cabana rentals at the pool, happy hours at Waves Rooftop Pool Bar and High Tide (from 4 PM to 6 PM daily), Saturday mixology presentations, monthly beer tastings, and complimentary food demonstrations at noon on Sundays.
See you this Summer! #AnchorAtBahiaMarFTL
